Netflix’s steamy reality dating show Too Hot To Handle is back and hotter than ever. To celebrate the new season starting on 23rd June, Netflix is creating a beach paradise inspired by the show, designed to help you reacquaint yourself with the world of real life dating.

With lockdown coming to an end, single people and those dating solely online finally have the opportunity to re-enter the world of physical, IRL dating, so Netflix are planning Too Hot To Handle: Date Night to get you back into the delights of dating!

So what are you waiting for? Whether you’re single, or in a newly formed couple wanting to test if the love is alive offline, fill out our short questionnaire below to apply!

If you’re single you can apply on your own, or with a friend for a chance of a group date. Applications will be reviewed, and successful entrants will be matched up with others by relationship and dating expert, Sam Owen.

Those selected will be invited to attend our event in Fulham (London) on 23rd June 2021. Full details will be shared with the selected applicants. At the event you will be matched on a group date, before having the chance to date with advice from A.I. dating guru ‘Lana’ from the show. Following this, guests will be invited to a beach party - whether you’ve found love, or still single and ready to mingle over a cocktail!

Special guest attendees will include stars from Too Hot To Handle.

1 - READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Too Hot To Handle Date Night takes place on Wednesday 23rd June 2021
The event will take place at Fulham Beach. The full address is Fullham Beach, Wandsworth Bridge Rd, London SW6 2TY.
Tickets for the experience are free of charge
Each guest can apply for up to 2 tickets
This event is for single people, or couples formed in lockdown
Applications will be received by the event team as well as relationship expert Sam Owen. Based on the applications attendees will be selected for the event and matched with like minded singles
In applying you must consent to Netflix and event organisers obtaining your personal information
Successful applicants will be informed by 18th June
Unsuccessful applicants will be informed by 21st June
If you are successful, but can no longer attend, please let us know so your space can be reallocated
Guests must be 18 years or older and will be required to provide ID and sign a waiver before participating. Guests who appear under the age of 25 will be asked to present a valid form of photo ID on entry to the event
The total event will last around 2-3 hours

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available on site throughout the event
Please be aware that any food served at the event may contain traces of nuts and other allergens
Guests are asked not to bring plastic bottles of water or food. Water will always be available from the on-site bar
There will not be cloakroom facilities on site, please only bring with you items that you are happy to keep on your person. Only A4 size bags will be permitted entry to the venue.
Guests are asked to wear a wristband which will be provided to you on the day. Wristbands will change colour based on how well you are making meaningful connections
Please be aware that commercial filming and photography will be taking place over the course of this event and by entering the experience, you consent to use of your name/image/voice/likeness being captured and used by Netflix for advertising and promotional purposes.
During the event, there may be a recording and/or monitoring of your participation. In the event that there is, we will contact you before the event to obtain your consent, and remind you again on the day.
The event organiser shall remain entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs, highly intoxicated or conducting themselves in a manner that the event organiser deems inappropriate.
Any guests found in possession of illegal substances or weapons will be reported to the police.
The event organisers do not accept responsibility for personal property lost, stolen or damaged during the event
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission at their own discretion
Guests will not be granted re-entry once they leave the event
Event will be staged fully in line with current UK government guidelines on COVID-19. Updates will be posted on website once these are finalised and as such guests may be asked to take temperature or produce negative COVID tests before entry
If you, or anyone in your household, has tested positive, or shown any symptoms of for COVID-19 within 7 days of the event, you must not attend

In order to provide you with the Experience, we and/or our Experience Providers may collect certain information and/or content from you, including the following:

We may collect information from you at the Event itself, including recording, listening and tracking your experience for the purpose of pairing you with other applicants and/or monitoring your participation at the Event.

When you interact with us, certain information might be collected automatically. Examples of information include: the type of computer operating system, device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), referral URLs, IP address (which may tell us your general location), statistics on page views or interactions with activities, and browser and standard web server log information. This information is collected using technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, and web beacons. We use this information for the support of internal operations, such as to conduct research and analysis to address the performance of our Experience, and to generate aggregated or de-identified reporting for our use.

User Generated Content

The Experience might allow you to communicate, upload, or otherwise make available text, images, audio, video, or other content (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”), which might be accessible and/or viewable by the public. In submitting UGC, you:
1. warrant that you hold any and all rights in the UGC or, where applicable, obtained third party consent for the use of the UGC and are entitled to submit the UGC to the Experience.
2. indemnify Netflix against any and all claims from third parties that the UGC infringes any third party rights;
3. represent that the UGC is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in particular not be obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic, libelous, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offense;
4. grant Netflix a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free, irrevocable license in respect of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in and to your UGC to modify, adapt, publish, copy, display, repost, communicate to the public, or otherwise deal with such UGC as Netflix sees fit;
5. agree to waive any and all of your portrait rights (to the extent allowed under the applicable law) and have asked any third parties of whom portraits have been used (if any) for their consent to use portraits/pictures in the UGC; and
6. agree to execute all such assignments or other documents and take such actions as may be reasonably required by Netflix to give effect to the licensed and assignments contained in this paragraph.

Name and Likeness

By interacting with this Experience, you grant the Netflix entity that provides you with this Experience, its affiliates and respective successors and assigns and anyone authorized by any of them (collectively, “Netflix”), the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to record, depict, and/or portray you and use, and grant to others the right, but not the obligation, to record, depict, and/or portray you and use, your actual or simulated likeness, name, photograph, voice, actions, etc. in connection with the development, production, distribution, exploitation, advertising, promotion and publicity of this Experience, in all media, now known and later devised, and all languages, formats, versions, and forms related to such Experience without compensation to you or any other individual, unless prohibited by law.

Intended use of the Experience

This Experience and any related content or activities are for your personal and non-commercial use only. During your use of the Experience, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the Experience content and activities. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the Experience for public performances. You are responsible for all Internet access charges.

You agree not to archive, download (other than through caching necessary for personal use), reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through the Experience without express written permission from Netflix and its licensors.
